You also should know if you need a color printer or a black and white printer. Next, you must choose a print speed that is acceptable for your business. This means that if your business prints hundreds of color pages per day, you probably don't want a printer that prints 3 color pages per minute. Whereas, if you only print 10 or 20 color prints per day, you can probably get by with a printer that only prints 3 pages per minute.
